A multigenerational fashion and cultural preservation project celebrating Korean-Japanese designer Colleen Kimura’s life-work through film, publication, and performance. Collaborated on building the narrative of Tutuvi from the 1970s onwards, exhibiting decades of garment-making and Tutuvi-specific design processes.

SUNBURN

A limited-edition b/w risograph zine exploring my grandmother's photo albums. Collaborated with Bidband Publishing. Tracing the connection between grandmother and granddaughter through our shared sense of place. Feels like holding a memory.

SPA

A companion zine exploring the intersection of shrines and spas as spaces of healing and transformation. Co-created with Pecorino for our two-person exhibition at Aupuni Space. A spiral-bound meditation examining ritual repetition, impermanence, and the energy behind accumulation. The 92-page publication considers how healing can be difficult, imperfect, yet refreshing and even empowering.

CAFE

CAFE is documentation of Tropic Editions' experimental installation for Hawai'i Triennial 2022, reimagining the vacant café space at Hawaii State Art Museum. Expores tropical diaspora, non-hierarchical creative processes, and sustained critical engagement.
